Lunar Circus Summer School

Venue: Lunar Circus site, Karridale

Week 1 Monday 4th - Friday 8th January
Week 2 Monday 11th - Friday 15th January

Come and join the Lunar Circus Summer School from the 4th till the 15th of January!
The Lunar Circus School programme offers children the opportunity to experience the circus first hand. The range of skills taught is the broadest in WA and includes tumbling, manipulation, trapeze, rope/silks, pole, acrobalance, flying trapeze, cloudswing and handbalancing. Classes cater for all ages and all levels of skill; from beginners to advanced, there is much to learn and lots of fun to be had! Classes are conducted in weekly blocks from Monday to Friday. There is a range of options available, from one single class per day to full residential programs. Our instructors are highly qualified. They all come from a circus background and have many years of teaching and performing experience having worked as instructors for prominent circus schools throughout the world.

Festival Training

Venue: Lunar Circus site, Karridale

Sunday 17th - Friday 22th January

The festival master class workshops will cater to all skill levels with a focus on both the emerging and professional performer. The skills will include static and swinging trapeze, double trapeze, silks, rope, flying trapeze, cloud swing, acrobalance, tumbling, manipulation, slack wire, clowning, handbalancing and more.
The cost of the intensive master class is $600. Save your money by taking advantage of the early bird price of $450 if booked and paid before November 15th.
This includes camping fees (bring own equipment) and a three days pass to the festival on the 23rd - 25th January.
