Run Away to the circus for a weekend!

The 2010 WA Circus Festival is set to be one of the highlights of the summer! Over 50 national and international artists featuring circus, music, puppetry, dance, comedy, cabaret and more will provide entertainment from noon to midnight from the 23rd till the 25th of January.

The festival caters for both kids and adults with shows that are original, elegant, contemporary, silly, intelligent and always lots of fun. Performances will be held simultaneously on outdoor stages and inside the Lunar Big Top and Little Top. The Dr Reg Bolton Bar will take festival comers late into the night with its outrageous and risqué nightly cabaret. The event will create its own whimsical village with attractions such as the outdoor flying trapeze, open for everyone to have a go under expert supervision; all-day circus workshops for kids and adults; a circus cinema; sideshow ally; the circus Olympics, arts and crafts markets, food stalls, restaurant and onsite camping for those who would like to breathe the festive atmosphere to its fullest. Whether you come for just one day or the full three days, you will be both amazed and amused!
